This autobiography would not have seen the light of day had it not been for my experience with cancer and my suffering with medication for more than 10 years, from the end of 2003 to 2013. By God's mercy and providence, I have recovered from this disease and continued my normal life equipped with this experience. I have almost been born anew. Perhaps this experience convinced me that I have something to offer to my readers outside the academic and research field to which I have devoted my life and efforts.
Writing down my experience opened a door to reflect on my entire life and contemplate its stages and transformations in the light of a new experience that was completely different from anything I previously faced. My prime goal of writing this autobiography is to scientifically inform all cancer patients, their relatives and society that I am a former cancer patient who now writes, speaks, performs his job, deals every day with new duties and complicated tasks, and directs a large institution with all the pressure and physical and mental exhaustion that it entails.
